Before you book

How do guests get to The Nautilus Maldives, and how long does it take?

CIP hosts meet guests at the aircraft bridge at Velana International Airport and handle immigration and customs in the private Maamehi Executive Lounge before the transfer onward. From there it's a direct 30-minute flight — either The Nautilus' own private, 8-seat business-class-configured seaplane, or the shared 14-seat Standard Manta Seaplane on the same route. A private luxury yacht transfer of around 2 hours 30 minutes is also offered.

What ages does the Young Wonderers kids club take, and is there anything for older children?

Young Wonderers is the resort's childcare and kids hub, built around storytelling, nature play, creative discovery and ecoBirdy recycled-plastic-furniture workshops. A separate Young Adults programme is run for Gen-Z guests, and the resort also puts together bespoke multi-generational family offerings for families travelling across age groups.

How is the house reef, and is Hanifaru Bay easy to reach?

The house reef is set at the lagoon's edge and is open to snorkelling, with free non-motorised watersports and snorkel gear included. Hanifaru Bay — the UNESCO Biosphere site known for whale sharks and manta rays — is nearby, and the resort runs manta ray excursions there as one of its signature experiences.
