Bandos is a large, established North Malé Atoll resort — 220 villas across eight categories, four restaurants, three bars, and Dive Bandos, the country's longest-operating dive centre with access to around 40 sites. The transfer is a short 10-15 minutes by speedboat, with no seaplane involved. Which villa category should we book?
It depends on the party. Couples wanting a private pool have exactly two options — the single Beach Pool Villa or one of six overwater Sunset Water Villas with Pool. Families tend toward the Deluxe Beachfront Room's interconnecting units or the larger, duplex Premium Beach Villa. The Standard Beachfront Room and Garden Villa are the simplest, most traditional categories.
Is there anything unusual about the resort's facilities?
