How do I get to Mercure Maldives Kooddoo, and how long does the transfer take?
It's a 55-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport (MLE) to Kooddoo Airport with Maldivian Airlines, followed by a 5-minute buggy ride to the villa. Mercure welcomers meet guests at Velana, escort them to the executive lounge and handle domestic check-in; resort staff meet the flight at Kooddoo with the buggy. Total door-to-door time from Malé can run up to 8 hours depending on connections, averaging around 4 hours by the resort's own estimate. A private seaplane transfer is available on request, priced separately by the resort.
