How do we get to SAii Lagoon Maldives?
SAii Lagoon sits within the Crossroads Maldives development, connected by boardwalk to a neighbouring beach and shopping island. The resort's own guest guide does not publish a transfer type or duration, so IMJ confirms the exact routing directly with the resort at the time of booking.
Is SAii Lagoon suited to families with young children?
Yes. Koimala & Maalimi's Junior Beach Club and Camp runs daily from 09:00 to 18:00 for ages four to fifteen, built around two characters from Maldivian folklore. Children under 12.99 years stay free using the existing bed, and either eat from the kids' menu or receive a 50% discount on the regular menu.
Is there a lifeguard, and is it safe to swim and snorkel?
No lifeguard is on duty at SAii Lagoon — swimming and snorkelling are at guests' own risk, and the resort's guest guide includes a full buddy-system and emergency-signal safety briefing. Guests who want a supervised water programme should raise it with IMJ ahead of arrival.
What is the spa like at SAii Lagoon?
SAii Spa is a free-standing, double-storey spa complex — described as the first of its kind in the Maldives — open daily from 10:00 to 20:00, with a menu running from a quick foot or neck massage to more elaborate signature treatments.
