How do I get to Finolhu, and how long does the transfer take?
Two options from Velana International Airport: a 30-minute seaplane straight to the resort, or a 20-minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport followed by a 30-minute speedboat crossing. One note from the resort's own FAQ: drones are prohibited on the island for privacy reasons, so leave yours at the airport lounge and collect it on departure.
Are meal plans available at Finolhu?
The resort's own materials describe a structured dine-around plan — breakfast at Beach Kitchen, dinner rotating through Beach Kitchen, Arabian Grill, Crab Shack or Kanusan with an à la carte allowance, plus a separate food credit for Kanusan's teppanyaki counter and for Crab Shack.
